18 USC 2257 Statement

Wizetube.com is an online hosting service that stores and transmits user-submitted content at the direction of users. We do not insert visual depictions on the site or manage sexually explicit content; we provide transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, or translation without selection or alteration of the communication (aside from removals consistent with our rules or applicable law).

Accordingly, Wizetube.com is not a “producer” (primary or secondary) of user-submitted content for purposes of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257/2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The responsibility to verify age/identity of performers and to maintain the required records lies with the uploader/producer of each work.

Uploaders must be 18+ and, when uploading, certify that: (i) they are the producer of the submitted work; (ii) all performers were 18+ on the date of original production; and (iii) they maintain the records required by law for that work. Wizetube.com is not the custodian of those records for user-submitted content.

Users are encouraged to report any content they believe is unlawful or non-compliant. Wizetube.com may remove content and/or accounts in its discretion and in accordance with law.
