Service Providers. We use hosting/CDN, storage, analytics, anti-abuse, and other vendors that process data for us under contract.

Notice-and-Takedown. To process IP reports, we may share copies of reports (including reporter contact details and claim contents) with uploaders and with service providers (e.g., hosting/CDN, registrar/registry) where necessary to enforce our rules or comply with law.

Legal & Safety. We may disclose information if required by law or court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security, or to enforce our Terms.

Business Transfers. If we undergo a reorganization, merger, or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
