Use our removal form for speed and accuracy. Sending a report by email instead of using the form may delay processing and may impact accuracy.
Counter-Notification (for uploaders)
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes your contact details, identification of the material and its prior URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the appropriate court jurisdiction and to accept service from the original claimant or their agent.
After we forward a valid counter-notification to the claimant, restoration (if any) will occur within the time period permitted by applicable law unless we receive notice of a court action regarding that material.
How We Handle Reports
We review submissions for substantial compliance and may request clarification or additional information.
For qualifying reports, access to the material may be disabled while we notify the uploader and process the report.
We may share a copy of the report (including contact details) with the uploader and relevant service providers to process the claim and enforce our rules.
Information Sharing
Report contents, including the reporter’s name, email, address, phone, and claim details, may be shared with the uploader and with service providers involved where necessary to process the report or comply with law or court orders.
Repeat-Infringer Policy
We adopt and reasonably implement a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts of repeat infringers. We may restrict accounts and apply technical or account-level measures when we receive qualifying reports or court determinations.
Reservation of Rights
We may remove or restrict content or accounts at our discretion and may deviate from this process where required by law or court order. Nothing on this page waives any rights or defenses.
